SiteCare is a centralized WordPress management platform in development, operated from the Czech Republic. The site at app.sitecare.cz currently functions as a pre-launch waitlist only — no commercial service is yet being provided.

By accessing this site or submitting your email address, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

By submitting your email via the waitlist form, you:

• Confirm the email address belongs to you or that you are authorized to register it
• Consent to receiving a single notification email when SiteCare launches
• Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific pricing tier, or any particular feature set

Early access members will be prioritized at launch and may receive a preferential rate, but this is not a binding commitment.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized third-party email addresses
• Attempt to bypass security measures including Cloudflare Turnstile
• Automate or script form submissions
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the availability of this site

We reserve the right to remove any waitlist entry submitted in violation of these terms.

All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of SiteCare and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The SiteCare name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Product descriptions, timelines, and feature lists represent our current intentions and are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SiteCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information presented here.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding any claim — which, for a free waitlist, is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and, where applicable, EU law including GDPR. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Czech courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time by revising the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email before the change takes effect.
