Privacy Policy

SiteCare is a centralized WordPress management platform currently in development, operated from the Czech Republic. The site at app.sitecare.cz runs a pre-launch waitlist for early access.

We operate under EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only your email address, submitted voluntarily via the waitlist form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or browsing behaviour beyond what Cloudflare Turnstile requires for spam prevention (see section 05).

Your email is used for one purpose: to send a single notification when SiteCare launches. It will not be used for newsletters, marketing, third-party promotions, or profiling.

Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.

Email addresses are stored in a file on an EU-based server accessible only to the SiteCare team. We do not use third-party CRMs or email marketing platforms to store your address.

We retain your email until: the product launches and you receive your notification, you request deletion, or we discontinue the waitlist.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions. Unlike reCAPTCHA, Turnstile does not set tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles.

Cloudflare may process limited browser signals (user-agent, interaction patterns) to verify the submission is human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Erasure — request deletion of your email at any time
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a query is resolved
• Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — we will delete your entry promptly on request

We will respond to any request within 30 days.
